H+N+S Landscape architects / Plan Ooievaar (2012)

H+N+S Landscape architects was the winning agency in 1986 of the prestigious Eo Wijerscompetition with Plan Ooievaar (‘Plan Stork’). In this plan they presented a new way to deal with the layout of the river area, taking the water system and nature development as a base. Plan Ooievaar set the tone for a new generation of regional plans that determine today’s outline of the river area.
