Opening Winter School Forever Young in Oude Kerk

On Monday, January 18th, the traditional Winter School of the Amsterdam Academy will start with kick-off lectures by Fred Feddes, Michiel van Iersel and Afaina de Jong. Location: the Oude Kerk in Amsterdam.
During the Winter School (18-29 January), students explore the spatial possibilities to adjust and innovatie the center of Amsterdam, so that the city can remain meaningful for its current and future generations. To quote painter Willem de Kooning: ‘I have to change in order to stay the same.”
Time and venue
Everybody is welcome to attend the lectures. The program starts at 19.30h in the Oude Kerk (open 19.00h), Oudekerksplein 23 in Amsterdam. Admission is free. Dress warmly, because it can be cold in the church.
